Posting Options fields:

  • Archive the story: Select "Yes" to archive the story at the Buffy Fiction Archive. Select "No", and your story will not be archived.
  • E-mail the story ONLY to you: Please, please use this option first. Even if you're convinced that you've formatted everything correctly, you never know. Once you've mailed the story to yourself and verified that everything looks correct, then you can select "No".
  • Post text file to mailing list: When you're sure that your story is formatted correctly, select "Yes" to post your story to the mailing list. The Posting Interface will break your story into 400 line chunks, generate your headers, and post it to the mailing list. Note that you MUST be subscribed to the list, or your story will not go through. Also note that you won't have any control on the size of the parts or where one part ends and the next begins.
  • Story Text File: Browse to the file that contains your story. It must be a TEXT file. This means it must have a file extension of .txt. If you're posting or archiving, you MUST select a file. HTML files are not accepted.

Story Information fields:

  • Title: Enter the story title exactly the way you want it to appear.

You can list additional email addresses in the Notes field.
